Très mauvaise expérience avec leur machine : elle est tombée en panne au bout de deux semaines seulement. Je les ai contactés plusieurs fois et ils refusent de me rembourser. Service après-vente inexistant. Faites attention avant d’acheter.
Machine cassée au bout de 2 semaines… et aucun remboursement proposé. Ils ignorent totalement les messages. Franchement, pensez-y à deux fois avant de commander chez eux.
